My career has taken me from support technician to systems and network administrator to IT director. The part I keep coming back to is helping people, especially small businesses, make technology useful.
That's the focus of Spero Dynamics. I help you understand your options, set up the tools that fit, and give your team the guidance to use them.
Start with a real problem.
AI is part of that work, not a reason to replace everything you already have. We start with a workflow assessment, test one scoped pilot, then agree on training and ongoing support. If a simpler process or ordinary software is a better fit, we'll say so.
The IT foundations still matter: reliable networks, sensible access controls, maintained systems, and tested backups. We plan for problems rather than promise they can't happen.
Local when it helps. Remote when it fits.
We're based in Paw Paw and serve southwest Michigan in person. For businesses elsewhere in the United States, we work remotely when the task allows.
