Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name and phone number, a topic, and your message. Spero Dynamics uses those details to review and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data through this general form.
Service providers
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, traffic security, rate limiting, the Turnstile anti-abuse check, and native email delivery. When online inquiries are enabled, Cloudflare's email delivery provider sends the form details to a fixed verified AgentMail receipt address so they can reach the business inbox. No mailbox AI triage is running. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
There are no marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or newsletter tracking on this site. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Retention and deletion
This site does not maintain a separate inquiry database. A submitted inquiry may exist in Cloudflare's email delivery systems, AgentMail, and the receiving mailbox. Retention depends on operational needs and the configured providers. You can call (269) 767-8485 to ask about an inquiry or request deletion where applicable.
